The Greenbelt Plan allows cemetery land uses, whether traditional or natural. IMO there is a huge oversight in the Act when an Applicant only has to demonstrate: (a,b,c,d) to ensure the natural heritage re weeds & trees would thrive. Rural PC residents comply with the Greenbelt Plan, unfortunately their water source and mental well-being is not protected from proposed cemetery land development beside their property.
